Our Services

Family Time Supervision (Contact)

We provide safe, structured, and professionally supervised contact sessions within the community or family home. Our supervisors ensure that all contact arrangements are child-focused, risk-assessed, and fully documented, with clear and factual reports provided for each session.

Family Support Work

Our family support practitioners work directly with children, young people, and their families to improve parenting capacity, promote positive behaviour and routines, strengthen family relationships, safeguard and reduce risk, and support emotional wellbeing. We offer practical and therapeutic-based interventions tailored to each family's unique circumstances.

Out-of-Hours Welfare Checks

We provide responsive home welfare visits outside of standard working hours, ensuring children and vulnerable individuals remain safe and supported when services are most needed.

School Setting Transport & Support

We provide consistent, safe transport to and from school or alternative educational provisions. Our staff understand the importance of routine, punctuality, and emotional support, particularly for children with additional needs or complex circumstances. We aim to create calm, supportive journeys that help children start and end their school day positively.

Secure Transport & Transfers

Our trained staff offer safe, reliable transport for children and young people, including placement moves, court appearances, and custody or secure setting transfers. All journeys are risk-assessed and delivered with dignity, professionalism, and safeguarding at the forefront.

Independent Assessments & Reports

We provide high-quality, evidence-based assessments, including Form F Assessments, Special Guardianship Order (SGO) Assessments, Viability Assessments, and Independent Social Work Reports. All reports are thorough, analytical, and court-ready, delivered within agreed timescales.
